Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an Inv9x account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. "Inv9x," "we," and "us" refer to Vinn AI Tech Solutions LLC.

2. The service

Inv9x is an AI-powered invoice processing tool. We extract structured data from invoices you upload and provide tools to review and export that data to accounting software. AI output is suggestion, not advice — you remain responsible for the accuracy of records you push to client books.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 and authorized to bind your firm to these Terms.

4. Acceptable use

  • Upload only content you have permission to process.
  • Do not reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to bypass usage limits.
  • Do not use the service for fraud, money laundering, or any illegal purpose.
  • Do not resell the service without a written reseller agreement.

5. Fees & cancellation

Plan fees are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. You may cancel at any time from your account; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not refund unused time on a paid plan.

6. Data ownership

You own your data. We get a limited license to store, process, and transmit it for the purpose of providing the service. We never sell your data and never use it to train shared AI models.

7. Warranties & limits

The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding a claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms. You can terminate at any time. On termination, we'll delete your data per our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email at least 30 days before they take effect.
